Borage: Flower Essence

Borage for Courage and guidance through Grief:::
Borage brings Courage. And has done so for many cultures, over many millennia. Borage offers guidance through Grief and, in due time, can bring forth nourishing hope like the star of its flower. The Mother of this essence called to me to be made in 2016, the day after US president #45 was elected, a grievous day to say the least… But the plant that called out was sown and tended by my young students, all trauma survivors and gardening legends who were the definition of resiliency and transformative hope. So may this medicine give you the courage that you need to navigate the multitude of reasons to grieve in these times. Whether it be from your own personal loss + trauma, or as you heal inherited Grief from your ancestors or tap into the collective Grief of our planet as old systems burn and more just, equitable and harmonious ways are reimagined (although not without much pain and loss along the way…)
And please remember, Grief is not to be feared nor ‘fixed’– in fact it may never leave you and that’s healthy + completely normal considering that we grieve because we love…

truths that can liberate us.

Suggested Use:
 Take 3 drops directly on the tongue whenever acutely needed OR
Put 3 drops in a glass or bottle of water, to sip on throughout the day whenever extra Courage or Grief support is needed.
 Use in Grief Work and Grief Release rituals or take as needed daily in grievous times whatever way your intuition guides you...

Flower Essence Notes:
Flower essences are safe, non-addictive and can be taken in conjunction with any other medications.
They’re impossible to overdose, although more isn’t more, so stick to the recommended dosage so as not to unnecessarily waste. While they are a subtle vibrational medicine (the energetic essence of a flower captured in spring water through sunlight) they can yield a very powerful effect in your being, so don’t be surprised if you make some huge life changes afterwards – they often restore balance within us and provide clarity to areas of imbalance within our lives.
