I have so much gratitude for Keitha and her Seed Medicine work. The way she tends to our collective healing through plants is definitely plant magic! Each time I receive a parcel from her, or reach for one of her tinctures, elixirs or oils, I feel sooo held. I know so much tenderness and love is poured into each seed sown and each beautifully packaged creation. I'm deeply thankful for her solidarity with disabled kin, and dedication to reparations and mutual aid, as well as how generously she shares her wealth of plant knowledge.

It's truly healing justice in action, and gives me hope for future generations.

I have some complex health needs, and at the moment I'm loving sipping on Milky Oats in my water throughout the day to help my dysregulated nervous system, and I love my night time ritual of rubbing Melissa Oil into my skin for a peaceful night's sleep. And there are so many more creations from Seed Medicine's apothecary I'd like to try!"
