Broad Bean - 'Egyptian'
(Vicia faba) Unlike most broad beans (typically only a cool weather crop) ' Egyptian' tolerates warmer climates as well as frosts. The most prolific broad bean we've grown! A smaller bean, no bigger than a pea, eat fresh like peas or dried in soups, stews and dips. They are tiny but abundant! You'll have plenty to use for meals. Low growing it tolerates wind better than taller varieties and resists falling over like it's larger relatives.
