Nourish + Ground: Tea Blend

Nourish + Ground: Tea Blend

AU$20.00Price

a fragrant + nourishing tea blend to start or end your day with support from plant friends:::

This tea blend is created to do exactly as its named: to NOURISH you deeply and GROUND you back into your miraculous body. Nourishment comes from the abundance of water soluble minerals found in both Oatstraw + Nettle: Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, amino acids, complex B-vitamins + more! This nutrient-rich team are ideal for long term support in toning and strengthening your organ systems, heart, muscles and bones to alleviate fatigue, improve sleep and increase chances of bringing back that vitality and sparkle in life that you deserve. Gentle enough for daily use + preventative medicine but perhaps particularly useful after periods of stress, illness, chronic trauma etc as these phases deplete your body of many of the fore-mentioned vitamins + minerals leading to cycles of fatigue + hormone imbalance which spiral on to affect mental, physical + spiritual health.

Chamomile's fragrant bitterness has been added to work with your digestive system and support space to reground. As digestion is ruled by the Parasympathetic Nervous System (which governs your body’s rest + repair functions) by stimulating it with bitter flavours, it lets the body know – this is a time to slow down, to receive nourishment and to relax. (note: the longer you steep the more bitterness will come through). The ritual of a simple cup of herbal tea offers such a gentle yet potent medicine that we can incorporate into our daily lives. May your teapot always be full!

Recommended Use: Steep 1 teaspoon 15 mins for a light, grounding brew or several teaspoons overnight in 1L for a deeply nourishing brew.

Ingredients: organically grown and dried Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Nettle (Urtica dioica), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)

100g

in a 115mm x 75mm biodegradable cylinder

Please remember: while these plant medicines are crafted with intentions to support you through times of trauma or stress, they are not meant to replace community support or a good doctor/therapist. If you need help, please seek it. You deserve it.

  • What is Mutual Aid? Who am I "paying forward" to?

In our attempt to make plant medicines more accessible for all, Seed Medicine Garden sends regular free medicine donations to communities as needs arise. In the past this has included Indigenous activists, youth leaders and trans youth, as well as homeless single mothers, refugees and members of the disabled community.

When you "pay forward" 1 or 2 products, you will still receive one (or selected quantity) of your chosen medicine as well as donating the credit for 1 or 2 products to go towards our herbal mutual aid projects.

There seems to be an increasing call for plant support through these times and we are continually seeking pathways to those who need it most. Please contact us: connect@seedmedicine.garden if you or a community you know is without financial means but needing herbal care.
