Rau Má: Gotu Kola tincture

AU$30.00Price

To bring healing vitality into your life:::
This herb isn’t called “the elixir of life”, “herbal cure-all”, “an entire pharmacy in one herb” or “the finest of all herb tonics” for any small reason. Used extensively throughout Asia, rau má in Vietnamese translates directly to ‘Mother Herb’ which is fitting once you understand the immense nature of just how much they offer and how much they can care for us.
As a rejuvenative nervine they can help balance our nervous system, improve resilience to stress, reduce anxiety, uplift moods and contribute to better energy levels while ameliorating chronic fatigue. They are also well reputed for improving cognitive function and memory, on days when your brain needs a little extra help. They are a very powerful anti-inflammatory, sometimes famously marketed in nurseries as ‘Arthritis herb’ after thousands of testimonies from folks suffering from joint pain, rheumatic arthritis and arthritic symptoms who’ve shared a vast improvement in pain and mobility or even complete cure, with the continual, regular use of this plant. Folks with autistic burnout have also shared phenomenal testimonies of noticing marked improvement in energy and emotional health after just one day of using this tincture. They truly have so much healing to offer and I'm honoured to share this herb, significant in Vietnamese traditional medicine, with you all.
Caution in pregnancy.

Recommended Use: Take 10 to 40 drops in water or tea, up to 3 times a day as needed.

  • What is Mutual Aid? Who am I "paying forward" to?

In our attempt to make plant medicines more accessible for all, Seed Medicine Garden sends regular free medicine donations to communities as needs arise. In the past this has included Indigenous activists, youth leaders and trans youth, as well as homeless single mothers, refugees and members of the disabled community.

When you "pay forward" 1 or 2 products, you will still receive one (or selected quantity) of your chosen medicine as well as donating the credit for 1 or 2 products to go towards our herbal mutual aid projects.

There seems to be an increasing call for plant support through these times and we are continually seeking pathways to those who need it most. Please contact us: connect@seedmedicine.garden if you or a community you know is without financial means but needing herbal care.
