Sleep Elixir

Sleep Elixir

To assist restful, deep, deserved sleep :::

Here we have SEVEN great herbal sleep allies blended together to encourage relaxation in the body, help with insomnia and improve patterns of deep sleep for better rest and recovery. All of these herbs combined will also greatly help in reducing anxiety, but be aware that this blend includes some powerful sedatives so DO NOT take to reduce anxiety during the day if you need to drive, take care of children, perform at work etc, as it will cause drowsiness.

Keep Sleep Elixir by your bed when in need of sleep assistance so that you can easily take another dropperful or two if you wake during the night without getting up. Then let Skullcap & co work their magic, taking away those swirling thoughts, To-Do-Lists and seemingly endless worries and instead offering up clear space for your deep, deserved rest.

Suggested Use: Take a 1-3 dropperfuls directly in the mouth, half an hour before bed or during the night if sleeplessness occurs.

Find your dosage: Start with half to 1 dropperful, wait 15 mins and add another one up to 3 dropperfuls as needed. More would not be recommended as it may lead to feeling very drowsy in the morning.

NOTE: This elixir contains sedative herbs – do not take before driving, operating machinery or needing to highly function.

Ingredients: Tinctures of *PASSIONFLOWER (Passiflora incarnata), *SKULLCAP (Scutellaria lateriflora), *CATNIP (Nepeta cataria), *WILD LETTUCE (Lactuca virosa), *HOPS (Humulus lupulus)+ Hydrosols of *CHAMOMILE (Matricaria chamomilla), *LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis), vodka, local wildflower honey

Please remember: while these plant medicines are crafted with intentions to support you through times of trauma or stress, they are not meant to replace community support or a good doctor/therapist. If you need help, please seek it. You deserve it.

  • What is Mutual Aid? Who am I "paying forward" to?

In our attempt to make plant medicines more accessible for all, Seed Medicine Garden sends regular free medicine donations to communities as needs arise. In the past this has included Indigenous activists, youth leaders and trans youth, as well as homeless single mothers, refugees and members of the disabled community.

When you "pay forward" 1 or 2 products, you will still receive one (or selected quantity) of your chosen medicine as well as donating the credit for 1 or 2 products to go towards our herbal mutual aid projects.

There seems to be an increasing call for plant support through these times and we are continually seeking pathways to those who need it most. Please contact us: if you or a community you know is without financial means but needing herbal care.
